Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s delivery address, the products ordered, and the shipping methods available from our suppliers.

Orders are generally processed for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control. An estimated shipping rate and available delivery method will appear during checkout.

Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when it becomes available.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.

House of Lexxie is not responsible for carrier delays or packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, please contact us promptly.
